The goal of our team is to make your show experience a little bit better each time you step into the arena. We want exhibitors of all levels to feel appreciated and welcome. We urge you to join us at a show and see our team in action. We are here to work for you! Our calendar of events will change often as we add additional shows and venues. Kathy Avolt, of Lafayette, IN has served in many different positions and has more than 20 years of competitive speech in her background & previously served as the editor of a state QH association’s magazine and web site.  She understands the running of shows, having been both an exhibitor and show manager, having managed her first Quarter Horse show at the age of 16 for the local 4-H club. She has served in many different positions at the show - announcer, manager, show secretary, ring steward and more and is a multi-tasking whiz. She wants every person to know that they are valued & appreciated when they come to the shows. Back at home, Kathy enjoys spending time in her gardens and mowing! She lives with three spoiled cats - Yoda, Georgia & Hobbs.

Tracy Willis, Rogersville, MO serves as one of the ring-leaders with An Equine Production. An AQHA, APHA and NSBA carded judge, Tracy can be wearing many different hats at almost any show. He is also an AQHA Steward and works the back gate at the Congress & AQHA World Shows. His dry wit and sense of humor can soothe nearly every exhibitor from the nervous-amateur to the seasoned professionals. At home, Tracy enjoys working with leather making a variety of reins, Romels and other straps for the horse industry. He is also a breeder of Dachshunds.

Garry McAllister, Southbury, CT is a third generation horseman in the Quarter Horse industry and has over 35 years of experience riding and showing. He and his wife, Tami, have a successful training operation in CT and they have raised two successful children in each of their own disciplines. Garry and Tami really enjoy the trail classes and Garry joins the AEP team when his own show schedule allows. In his free time, both Garry & Tami are avid motorcycle riders and love the long winding road trips with the bikes.

Jarrett Cartee of Whitesboro, TX has been showing and working horses since age 10. A previous Congress Champion in Trail, he enjoys still showing when time permits. He has been involved with the AQHA & APHA shows as a ring steward, manager and member of the show staff. He is AQHA, APHA & NRHA certified.

Brenda Dunbar, of Pilot Point, TX is originally from CA where for more than 30 years she trained professionally. She primarily focused on the competitive trail classes including the AQHA World Champion Jr and Sr trail horse the same year with her daughter, Ashley. She retired from training in 2008 and moved to TX in 2015.  She has worked and is certified for AQHA and NRHA. She has 3 children, 3 grandchildren and 2 dogs. She is the owner/operator of Vetline of Pilot Point and looks to assist you with all of your drug & supply needs.

Ryan Sedlacek of Gretna, NE a recent graduate in Hospitality from University of Nebraska, horse show management compliments Ryan’s career path perfectly. Passionate about the “soft” skills, Ryan strives to make a positive impact in the world. Work hard, and believing laughter is the best medicine. Ryan’s sunny disposition and smiling face are a welcome sight to all who enter the show office. He’s knowledgeable, happy, helpful. For a good belly laugh, great dinner and random trivia, Ryan’s your guy!

Lisa Lee of Royston, GA has been involved with Quarter Horses for 30+ years including standing and breeding several stallions. She has shown everything from Western Pleasure to Ranch having earned multiple superiors and world qualifiers.  She’s retired from the University of Georgia Foundation. She has served as the executive secretary of Georgia Quarter Horse Association for more than 10 years and has served in many different positions at horse shows from running the gate, announcing, scribing to working in the office. She is AQHA certified and is looking forward to meeting even more exhibitors.  She is an avid classic car lover and collector & enjoys kickboxing. And of course, Mexican food!

Jasper Breitenbach, Lubbock, TX, grew up in Southwestern Colorado riding ranch horses, showing eventers and Tennessee Walkers. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's in Agricultural & Applied Economics. After being a part of team AEP since his graduation in 2021, Jasper has returned to Texas Tech to pursue a dual degree – a Master's in Certified Financial Planning & a Doctor of Jurisprudence. He will specialize in finance, focusing on complex estate planning and providing financial planning services tailored specifically for equine professionals. Jasper plans to return to the show ring as an AQHA amateur & NRCHA non-pro. As he pursues further education at Texas Tech, he hopes to maintain his relationship between professional aspirations & personal passions, setting the stage for a future where he can work in finance while remaining connected to the equestrian world and team AEP.

Robin Robinett of Brazil, IN has been showing & exhibiting horses since the age of 5.  Starting out at the hunter/jumper show circuit & progressing to the Arabian shows for most of her youth & young adulthood.  As part of the Arabian industry where she had a career with Wayne Newton Arabians doing Sales & Promotions for his Arabian horses in  NV.  Moving back to IN she got involved with 4-H locally & served as horse and pony superintendent & leader for over 12 years. Having been involved with APHA locally & nationally since 1996, whether it be in the all around category or currently in the halter pen as the exhibitor of over 50 World and Reserve World Champions, she feels the backbone of any equine industry is the youth and amateur programs and strongly supports both. She was one of the founding members of the APHA halter scholarship program. Robin and her husband, Larry Morse, have been involved in the Thoroughbred racing industry as owners.  She is retired from the State of Indiana and this retirement allows her to be fully supportive with her involvement in APHA/AQHA serving on different committees locally and nationally. 

Casey (Presler) Lamberton, of Myakka City, FL has worked in the horse show industry for over 10+ years. She really enjoys her positions at horse shows including a ring steward, in-gate and secretary. Casey works many multiple breed horse shows including AQHA, APHA, and USEF. She grew competing in AQHA and it continues to be her favorite. She is currently hooked on the cow horse & ranch side of the disciplines. When she is not working horse shows, she enjoys the beach, boating and riding.

John McDonald of Knoxville, TN has been a horse enthusiast since he was old enough to walk having competed in 4-H and local shows through high school and eventually in the amateur ranks of AQHA. He is the financial controller for a regional size construction company and uses some of his vacation time to be a small part of Team AEP. John enjoys all aspects of horse showing whether ring stewarding, announcing or working the back gate. In his spare time, he enjoys trail riding, breeding & raising Quarter Horses and international travel with his husband.

Dawn Duryea of Tampa, FL has spent her entire life surrounded by horses and the people that love them. She is one busy lady, currently working for Team AEP, Florida State Fairgrounds and MMG Management. Dawn's positive outlook on life, sense of humor and love for animals and the understanding of the horse industry make her an amazing team member for anyone lucky enough to work with her. Dawn can be found pretty much anywhere a horse show is happening, with her trusty companion, Reba, the Jack Russell.
